Because every item is custom‑made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color, or buyer’s remorse. But if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund.

✅ If there’s an issue with your order

Please email us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Photos of the item (front, back, and close‑up of the problem)

We’ll submit the claim to our production partner and get your replacement moving quickly.

❌ Non‑returnable items

Because each product is printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

• Wrong size ordered

• Wrong color ordered

• Change of mind

• Items that have been worn or washed
